For 25 years, I have worked within mental health services, supporting adults living with severe and enduring mental health difficulties across both inpatient and community settings. My work has always centred on delivering compassionate, personโcentred care, creating space for people to feel understood, respected, and empowered in their recovery.
I am now practising as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, bringing together decades of frontline experience with evidenceโbased CBT approaches.
What matters most to me is offering care that is:
personโcentred, purposeful, and genuinely worthwhile.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. Whether youโre exploring therapy for the first time, returning after a break, or simply curious about how CBT might help, youโre very welcome here.
If youโd like to arrange an appointment, ask a question, or just get a sense of whether weโd be a good fit, Iโm happy to hear from you. Thereโs no pressure and no obligation, just a space to connect and explore what you need.
How to Contact Me
You can reach me by email or message, and Iโll get back to you as soon as I can.
I offer a calm, confidential space where we can talk through whatโs going on and consider the next steps together.
When you get in touch, you can expect:
A warm, respectful response
Space to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable
Clear information about availability, sessions, and how I work
A gentle, personโcentred approach from the very first conversation
Whether youโre feeling overwhelmed, stuck, curious, hopeful, or unsure, you donโt have to figure it out alone.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a collaborative, personโcentred approach that helps you understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together we explore your experiences with compassion and curiosity, and develop practical tools to support change. My aim is to create a warm, safe space where you can build confidence, reduce distress, and move toward a life that feels more flexible, grounded, and aligned with your values.
Even small shifts can create meaningful change.
You donโt have to do it alone.
